Excuse my little rant please.
Today I was talking to my friends and I went "Are you as excited as I am for next Thursday" and she went "What's next Thursday?" I hung up the phone immediatly. Maybe I overeacted but how do you forget your BEST FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY! Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Well maybe she didn't know your b-day was on the thursday. She probably knows the date but just forgot what day of the week it was on. But then again I'm not that person. But maybe you should of gave her a little of time to remember before haning up on her.

Don't worry about it. None of my friends knew it was my birthday until a kid I talk to went and told the teacher at lunch. [We do this happy birthday song thing...when everyone claps and sings...I don't like it :\] Well the kid told them, and the teacher told everyone. My friends were like. "ohh it's your birthday!?"

They had no idea. they thought it was in like....March?....It's in January....
I didn't really care though.

She's the extremely organized perfectionist one. She marked it on her calendar with five exclamation marks. I saw it yesterday. She looks at her calendar daily. If she did truly remember she would have called me back and told me that she now remembered. It was five hours ago and still no call.

okay.
people don't always remember your birthday.
when i think, okay it's february 20, in 6 days, it'll be so and so's birthday.
when they tell me, i'm like YAY!
but honestly, i don't plan in advance.
birthdays to me, are next to nothing. i'll wish you one, hope you ahve a great day, but i'm planning my life around it.

maybe she will call back tomorrow she probaly new you were upset and wanted to let you relax and rest for a little she probaly knows she did wtong and call you back tomorrow if she doesnt i would call back and say sorry that you hung up on her and tell her you got a little overwelmed and tell her you forgive her (thats what i would do)hope i could help
