While I had fun with the Jazzercise class this one time, it's not really something I see myself doing over and over again.

ARGH! I'm impossible to please when it comes to routine exercise. :(

I'm going to look into the Tai Chi classes again. It's been almost a year (over a year?) since I started looking into them and I'm still interested, so maybe that's what I should do even though it's expensive.

I'm sorry the jazzercise class turned out not to be your thing. You will find it though. It took me a long time to discover the Firm work outs and now I hate to take a day a week as a rest day I enjoy working out so much. Never thought I'd say that.

I just know the work out routine that will interest you is out there. You just gotta keep experimenting til you find it!

I can really understand what you mean ~ I get really bored very easily and if I can't get motivated to exercise then I start finding excuses not to go.

I found that by joing a health club I could sample quite a few classes until I finally found the ones that I enjoy.

Hope this helps.

Hey, I know how you feel. I used to do Jazzercise for years (yet very sporadically). I definitely cannot stick with one exercise program. And I was getting a little PO'd with Jazzercise as sometimes it was just getting to be a little too much for my coordination.

I have finally found that I am doing better mixing it all up myself. I am trying to walk and do tapes. Sometimes I will just feel like getting outdoors since I sit in an office all day (with no windows). So I might walk for 3 days. When I get bored with walking, I'll pop in a Leslie Sansone tape (Walk Away the Pounds), when I need more I'll put in a Firm tape. I just discovered a tape called Crunch: Fat Burning Pilates. It was REALLY good. In fact, I enjoyed it more than my Firm tapes. But that might be because it was knew. I really loved the moves. Maybe you need to try to do this--mix it up yourself.

At least you tried it! Good for you!

I know you've enjoyed your Tai Chi - might be a good time to invest in a class to help you with stress relief.
