I am in serious need of help.

My fiancé and I have recently bought his grandmothers house. He also inherited her HUGE Mickey Mouse collection. We would like to liquidate the majority of it and just keep few items. We have no idea where to start. She's collected for many many years so we have stuff from the early years to recent years. Anyone have any advice on where I can get books or info on these items? We thought about online auctions but there is so much that it's seriously overwhelming us and we keep just putting it off. We boxed what she had displayed but haven't even touched whats in basement stacked from floor to ceiling. Some of the items have never been opened.
