Does anyone know what the name of the FIRST circlevision 360 degree movie to be shown at Walt Disney World was? I'm am particapating in a corny trivia contest before we visit the World in Sept with my wife, sister and BIL. HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I answered but I was wrong. I was thinking Disneyland. LOL

I really need to stop answering posts after being up at 3:50am to make my reservations all week. Seriously, I am TIRED! :rotfl:

If I am not mistaken it goes back to the year MK opened. I went to one in MK when I was a kid in 1973. I remember we stood in a round room similar to the room they have for the Oh Canada movie. It was smaller though and completely bare. There were no railings to lean on. I don’t remember much about the movie itself but scenes in traffic I think. I do remember I liked it. Sorry, I can’t remember the name.

I am thinking it was "America the Beautiful". Of course, I could be wrong. It was shown in a theater in Tomorrowland.

That must be it. I just did a search for this on Google and it came up as a now extinct attraction at the MK. Whether it's the first circlevision...????

was played at Disneyland in California. I saw it when I was a kid. I know it was DL and not MK, because I never went to WDW in Fl. until I was about 32 years old. I remember that America the Beautiful used to bore all of us kids to tears, but our parents always made us go see it. We were just thinking "bring on the Matterhorn"!!! LOL!!! :teeth:
