I am in a panic!!!!!!!!!!!

I am trying to retrieve my dining reservations online and it says "cannot be found. check reservation #."

I am entering everything in correct. I leave in Sunday afternoon!!!!

Help!!!! Anyone have problems?

OK! wait a minute. I have been adding my Resort confirmation #. That's wrong, right?

I don't have the dining reservation for each one so how do I access my dining?

The only way to access your dining res w/out the # is to call. If you ask, the CM should give you all your conf #'s when you go thru them...then you can access them online if you still want to.

Don't panic! Enjoy your trip Give them a call and and talk to real live person. The on line system is so quirky. Wishing you pixie dust and a great trip!

In order to pull up your ADRs online you need the confirmation #. Call, get the confirmations from the CM, and them retrieve them online & email them to yourslef. You will need to bring the confirmations with you in case of a problem with your ADR.

that happend to me the other day NONE of my reservations could be retrieved I called CM in a panic but she was able to pull them ALL up, then after getting off the phone with her I tried again and surprise I could pull them up.
