GOT THERE AROUND 1:15PM. "BILL" SAID HE COULDN'T TAKE ME TILL 2:00PM!! I SAID ''BUT I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT I MADE 3 DAYS AGO FOR 1;30!! He didn't know what to say, so he walks away, and I went to the receptionist and told her I can't believe this! I called WAY in advance for this Appointment. I was SOOO MAD, I walked out and callled DH and told him to come Pick me UP! SO, NO hair cut and I will NOT be going back there!

I get my hair done at JCPenney's hair salon. I have a "man" that does my hair, named Bill! He yells at me everytime I go cause I only have my hair cut twice a year if that! I have as yet to dye my hair, cause I am waiting to see how short it would be.
