Tonysgal,
I've found rates between $116 and $124 per RT (pre tax). The problem: You're looking too far out. Going for your specific dates, the best I can find is in the $200 range.
My suggestion: Wait another two months. Who knows what discount rates will be by then? It could backfire. But right now, US Air (for example) is only into September on their discounted fairs. But you should be able to find a good fare. You've got great components, meaning no Friday or Monday travel, and a Saturday night stay.
If it were me, I'd do the following: Wait until about mid-June (but keep your eyes open here and elsewhere for fare sales). Using the US Air site, search flights, but don't do them by date, do them by price. This makes the systems find you the lowest rate instead of making you search through pages for it. You then look at available dates for the price you want. Some won't be there, but Sunday to Saturday is a good loop to travel.
Next, go to Airtran. They're a discount carrier offering direct service. Finally, go to Travelocity.com and run your trip through, again using best fares instead of dates, then see if they have your dates after you see a price you like. I'm sure others here will have more ideas. By constantly checking a stream of data, you'll eventually hit on a "must buy." Last year, I flew my wife and myself from BWI to MCO for under $220, all fees included. Trick was I had to A) check for a month before I found a "must buy" fare; B) I had to be flexible and fly out of BWI vs Dulles (would you consider leaving from Syracuse?); and C) when the fare came up, I bought it, immediately. By the time I got home that night, the fare was no longer available.
Best of luck.
