I am going into planning overload..please help!

Started out with 5 people with just a rental car, added one more person got his room and airfare done for him and we upgraded to a mini- van. Now, 2 more want to join us !! Got their airfare and room done, don't know what to do about transportation. We will all be arriving together, but departing at different times on different days. Thought about a huge van but 2 people are only staying 3 days and didn't want to drive it around for 6 more, plus I don't want to drive everyone back to the airport. I know this has to be simple I just can't plan anymore, I already have to redo our P.S.'s and such. Thanks for any help you will be saving me from a breakdown!!

Let the 2 people that are only staying for 3 days take a shuttle to/from the airport. That will solve part of the problem. Also, for the others, take them to the airport early the morning of their departure and drop them off curbside, you'll have the rest of the day to enjoy Disney...or have them take a taxi to the airport.

As long as you aren't picking up the 7 and dropping off the seven with all the luggage at the same time, the minivan should be fine. They do seat 7 and sometimes 8, although usually not with a full load of luggage. Chuck S had a great suggestion. Have the 2 who are staying the shorter time use a shuttle service and you will still be able to fit the whole party in the van when you are driving around Disney World. It may not be quite as nice as having all 7 of you leave the aiport together, but it will save money over having to rent 2 cars, or a huge van. The other option you have is to ask the party of 2 to rent their own small compact car and you keep the van. That way they can get themselves to the airport and you wouldn't have to worry about that part. Depending on when you go it may be cheaper for them to do that than to pay for a shuttle service. You have a couple of options....

I think I am going with the mini-van since this is for our Christmas trip and we will have extra luggage. Then I can take my Dad to his resort and drop him off. I can get Tiffany for my MIL and her SIL and they can use that round trip from our resort. My Dad will use Mears for his trip home especially since they picked him up for a solo trip in a Towncar last time LOL! With these arrangements we will at least have transportation for all of us if need be while we are there. Thank goodness my Dad is happy no matter what! I was very nervous about this trip before now I am SUPER nervous. Thanks so much again Sgt. Disney to the rescue!!
