February 11th is the one year anniversary of the death of my grandfather, the same grandfather who from the first Easter after WDW opened took me every Easter, summer and Christmas until I was married.

*hugs* I know exactly how you feel. My dad passed away 10 years ago this past December 27th. It makes Christmas time a little rough, but I know that he's always around me in spirit and as long as I have his memory I'll also always have his love.

As long as you remember the wonderful times you had with him, you'll get thru the day.

lost my grandad on that date too. to make it worse is that it's also my friends bday the same day and my bday 4 weeks later from that time (March 11th) and he died in 2003

It's been over 10 years since my Dad passed away. It's hard losing a parent, part of your goes with them. But over the years I have gained a peace and really feel his presence.

I lost my dad suddenly March 2003 and it is a tough thing to go thru. The first anniversary of a loss like that is the hardest I think. Think about all the happy memories you have, and treasure them. I know they are very special to me.

scapmi i no how u feel my dad died when i was 9 and that was about 4 years ago i no how u feel its hard for the both uf us cause my dad died amounth before my birthday and his birthday witch was the 16th. its ok and if u ever need to talk about it im here for u
