i am fat

Games? Yes.. Some of the RIDES ? you may have some discomfort...
It depends really on your general body shape... if you are 300lbs and tall you will have trouble with your legs not so much with the seating..

If you are short and rounder.. you may find discomfor at the seat and seat belt area..

Saying that DIseny is generous with its seat sizes.. and if it comes down to it , you can ride solo while the other members of your party share a seat...

Have fun at DIsney...

A lot of it is going to depend on your height and how you carry your weight.

DH is 5'10" and over that weight, and the only ride that still exists at DL/DCA that he can't ride is Sky School. The belly doesn't work because he has to put his legs between the bars of the restraint, and because he has tree trunk legs he can't do that.

He chooses to not ride Astro Orbiter. Then again, I made the same choice when I was 220. I'm only 5'3" though. It's just super-awkward to get out of.

Don't ride Big Thunder with a child, if at all possible.

I'm 5-11 and vary between 320 and 360. Last year at 320, I had no trouble at all, although Matterhorn and Sky School were painful. Many people that visit Disneyland are generously proportioned. Please don't let this be a barrier to enjoying yourself. Go and have FUN!
