I am coming to the U.K. but was wondering.

if anyone here has seen or stayed in a hotel near Paddington Station called the West Point Hotel. My friends and dh & I are coming in Jan. and staying in London for several days. I am really looking forward to it and am planning the things we really want to see. However, searching the net I came across this place. It is a two bedroom place with a small kitchen. I booked it but have since been told that it probably isn't the best place to stay. It says that it has been recently completely renovated and looks nice in the pictures but I've seen that before and then got there and the place was disgusting. I was just wondering if anyone here knows of this hotel, seen it or stayed at it. It is near the Paddington tube station. Just a short walk away it says. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks Goofyish I did check out trip adviser, althought the hotel is the Aspen Suite Hotel. Finally found my papers with the name and address. There is only one review on the hotel. I was just starting to get really worried because some people were telling me that it is really not a good area to stay at. The other couple is concerned about the price of eating out and we are trying to figure out what to see and do. They are only in London for 2 and 1/2 days. We will be in London for 5 days.
