Yes, that's totally fine. No one has to hold the same FPs as anyone else in the party. My DH and I split up a few times on our recent trip and used FPs on different rides.

When you login on MDE and go to Fast Pass, you can select who's FP you want to book for that particular attraction. Then repeat for the others.
