We will be hitting J'ville at about 4pm on Monday March 8. Would it be better (iow quicker) to take I-95 straight thru or take the I-95 bypass? I have heard horror stories about driving thourgh J'ville. TIA for info

The stories are true!! I would bypass it if you can!!:p

At that time of day BYPASS!!! Driving straight thru is much better now but the bypass only takes another 10 minutes and you probably won't have the delays.

I agree completely.
In fact, we now use the bypass no matter what time of day we arrive in the Jacksonville area.

Looks like we'll definitely be bypassing J'ville. Thanks for the info!
