I-75 MI to FL Diners, Drive Ins and Dives?

I know years ago I saw a thread for restaurants along the way from MI to FL. I haven't been able to find it. We are heading to Orlando driving and my DH is a big fan of DDD. Anyone know of any spots along I-75 that we can hit on our long road trip? Any favorite restaurants? We always end up at a chain and I would really like to try some local eats this time. TIA. (PS I tried searching a few ways, and not successful.)

Parkette Drive In in Lexington, KY (http://www.theparkette.com/) was actually on DDD. It's about 5 miles off the interstate.
Dinner Bell Restaurant in Berea, KY (exit 76) (https://dinnerbellberea.com/) is like a Cracker Barrel, but more home cooking.
If you get to Corbin, KY, you can go to the original Ky Fried Chicken (https://www.tripadvisor.com/ShowUse..._Sanders_Cafe_And_Museum-Corbin_Kentucky.html). I know, not a DDD, but wanted to mention it.

The Parkette was the first to come to my mind also. Get off at exit 110 if heading south, you can easily get back onto the highway at the 108 via Liberty Rd/Man O War or the 104 via Richmond Rd. Well worth the stop.

Lots of off the beaten path info. Atlanta has The Varisty Diner. Almost immediately off the freeway. Order from your car or go in and get the diner spiel.
