I-4 Rush Hour Traffic

We're flying to Orlando on 4/19. We are going to stay in Winter Springs at my nephew's apartment while he's away on spring break (free for us), and we'll be driving a car (free, too) from there to WDW each day. It will take about an hour to get to WDW each morning. I'd prefer to stay closer to WDW but it's going to save us a lot of money this way. I know the I-4 rush hour traffic we'll encounter each morning is going to be horrible and I wondered if anyone knows of an alternative route that would be better. If not, we'll just have to put up with the I-4 traffic.
