I’m so confused...

We have two contracts. Both are August UY. One at Copper Creek, one at SSR. We had reservations during the shutdown that were canceled on us. We rescheduled for June, which I recently canceled.
The system now says we have 14 points total from one contract to use in our 2019 tab, and a whole lot of points from both in 2020, and ability to borrow from 2021

With member services having issues, I was hoping someone here could help me figure something out...

By what date do I have to schedule the 2019 points? The 2020 points?
By what date do they have to be used?
I think I can’t bank anything anymore for some reason. Is that right?
When is my next banking deadline and for which year’s points?
I’m lost.

What date was the June trip as that will matter.

Since you are in your Aug 2019 UY, then the 14 points need to be used by July 31st, unless your canceled June trip was to take place before June 22nd when resorts are opening.

If that is the case, those points...providing they were not banked 2018 UY points would be extended.

The 2020 UY points seem to be back where they belong and should be bankable after August 1st.

Right now, those 2020 UY points are valid from Aug 1st until July 31st, 2021.

The June trip was the 26th to the 29th.
I can’t seem to access the 14 points online, but was thinking that might be because I hadn’t tried to book them by some mystery date... now I know that date is July 31st...

Your points will be extended 1 year according to this email I got. So your points used for the reservation that got canceled during the shut down will not expire till a year after their expiration date.

Finally, as part of our continued efforts to provide flexibility during these uncertain times, we are further changing and extending our temporary policies regarding expiring points. April, June and now August, September and October 2019 Use Year points that are set to expire in 2020 and that were used for reservations during the closure period will be extended for one year from the current expiration date. Additionally, April, June and now August, September and October 2018 Use Year points that were banked into 2019 Use Years and used for these reservations will now all expire November 30, 2020. This temporary policy only includes expiring points that were used to book a stay arriving between March 12 and the end of the closure period and that involve a reservation cancelled after February 29. Additional information on these policies is available at disneyvacationclub.com.

For Aug UY points your banking deadline is always going to be Mar 31. So you have from Aug 1 to Mar 31 to bank your points.
