Well. I am a trained and certificated Hypnotherapist, aside from other things. But I can't practice! I have a medication induced stammer, which is murder for a speech therapist.
So I was thinking, in the interim period between stammer and cure, why not sell some scripts online? I made up 10 scripts, in varying lengths, for arachnophobia, vertigo and so on. Thing is, one therapists will be interested in written scripts - it is very difficult to hypnotise yourself by reading text. So I will instead record them. But here comes the stutter! So I have a temporary solution - AI SPEECH! It has read out my scripts very well so far. But it's not perfect. No pauses where necessary, no pacing etc. So I'm trying to record the scripts one paragraph at a time, splicing the recordings together in Apple Garage Band, one paragraph at a time. It's crushingly difficult as ever since that is a huge challenge, but hey, I've managed one already!
