Hi,

Sorry for last minute question. We leave in a few days and this is my last unresolved issue. I read the WOC superthread months ago but it's over 50 pages now and the areas and maps/colors changed over the months.

We want to eat at CC and decided to just take their viewing area. Some like it but some said a post was in their way. Then, you just got back and mentioned that for your CC seating they let you stand anywhere in the WOC area, not just the CC assigned location.

Now I need a colorized map I can print and take with me. I need to be able to see it. I remember we wanted the no splash zone, basically centered and there was an area set back from the splash zone and raised but with a railing in front of you. Does that make sense? And no posts in the way.

This will be our first time to see WOC and we won't be able to travel again for awhile.

Thanks for any help!

(Plus, you and some others talked it up so much we decided to try it, after skipping it in May.)

:)

I'm not Hydroguy.............but I love WOC and have seen it from alot of different locations! I could see it every night and still not get tired. I tried the splash zone and felt like it was too close and you didn't get the whole picture. If you can go the next level up and be on a railing spot then you will have a great view. As long as you have a good view of Mickey's mouth on the fun wheel and can see the water screens you are great. Also stuff happens up on CA Screamin.
I've enjoyed the green fire hydrant view several times when I get there late or want to leave early.

I'm not Hydroguy either, but I WAS recently on the WOC Superthread (http://www.disboards.com/showthread.php?t=2542717) and I know that he just updated the colorized maps from his October visit. So, you should find what you need in the OP there. Have fun! I just saw WOC from the front "splash zone" a couple weeks ago and really enjoyed it.

Yes, I got it all updated as Lisa said. Read the first post and let me and the rest of us know if you have any more questions.

The map is on page #1 post #1, scroll down to the map and there ya go!!

You will notice a date on the map "10/2012"

Thanks! I was looking at the date of the first post (August 2010) and my mind blanked out - 50 pages!

Anyhow, since PP said the first post is updated I was able to cut and paste the maps and notes I need to get it right.

Will hopefully being seeing it next Tuesday! :)
