Hydration packs?

I've been wondering because of the rule change on airplanes am I able to bring the Hydration Pack backbacks in with me? I have a CamelBak Moxie Hydration Pack

I'm pretty sure that I'd have to have the water pack empty, but am I still allowed to bring it on as a carry on?

As long as there are no liquids in it, you can bring it on (subject to size requirements).
