Hi do any of you make digital scrapbook pages, print them and then add embellishments? I'm thinking about doing this for my daughter and my niece's scrapbooks.

I plan on doing this also. I am printing some pages digitally then going to add some paper dolls I made on the cricut and cuttlebug machines. I think its a fun blend of both mediums. I like the texture that embellishments can add to a page. And i found great photo albums that are 12x12 post bound so I can add the scapbook pages right into my photo albums too!

I like texture too. The paper dolls idea is adorable. I have a cricut and cuttlebug-that's a great project. My nieces are going to WDW with me in the Spring. They'd love the paper dolls for their scrapbooks.
Do you have a printer that prints 12 x 12? That's next on my shopping list.

I don't have a 12x12 printer - right now I just use artscow.com. But that may be a worthy investment - I like printing on heavy cardstock - I prefer the "feel" of it compared to the glossy printed books. There are so many benefits to both digital scrapping and paper scrapping!
I LOVE the paper dolls- there is a thread on disney-fied cricut dolls that I was inspired by. So I have a stack of Dsiney dolls and now need to find a way of using them! :rotfl:

I'll look up the thread. For our Nov trip, I ordered my daughter and niece an 8x8 autograph book I made from Artscow. I'm thinking of printing out the pages, cutting out some of the elements and gluing them on for a 3D effect. Of course the problem is with the binding it will look bulky. There are a couple of pages that gave me fits to design so I may just do the 3D effect on those. 2 of the pages were Alice In Wonderland characters, so since that movie was always off the wall, 3D might be effective.
