Anybody stayed there recently?

We're there for 4 nights at the start of our trip, not needing it for Disney access at the start because we're staying at Hojo at the end.

Any reviews for the actual hotel though? I know it's being renovated right now and wondering what the chances of getting a renovated room are??

Is that the Hyatt in Garden Grove? We stayed there just last week. We really liked it but we were only there one night so we didn't really get to experience it for very long. I know I read recently that someone thought it was loud at night because the rooms all look down into the atrium/lobby area where there are restaurants but we didn't hear anything. Maybe it's louder on the weekends. I'm not sure if we stayed in a renovated room or not but it was nice. The beds were comfy and the pillows were better than most hotels but I have yet to get a really good pillow at a hotel. I think I'm just really picky about pillows. I wish we could have stayed longer. My DS who is only 3 keeps saying "Hyatt again!" so I guess he liked it too. I heard there is a free shuttle to DLR but we didn't use it. There is a restaurant and a sort of bar looking area downstairs as well as a starbucks but we didn't get a chance to try any of them. I wish there would have been a refrigerator in the room but that's a minor issue. Hope that helps!

We stayed at the Hyatt however it was in 2004. We lucked out with an awesome rate of $45 dollars per night off of priceline. I would stay there again in a heart beat. The rooms are nice, the pool was great, free shuttle to DLR and a Starbucks in the lobby! We walked to DLR a couple times and although the walk was longer then most nearby hotels it was very doable! If we were not staying on site next month, I would book Hyatt for sure!

Thanks for your own reviews guys, just makes me want to get there quicker :thumbsup2

I am so looking forward to it :yay:
