Hyatt Regency for $170 per night

Do you think its reasonable to pay $170 (tax included) for one night at the Hyatt Regency in the airport or should I keep looking? Our plane leaves at 7 AM so we were going to spend our final night in Florida at a hotel close to the airport. I could get LaQuinta Inn & Suites Airport North for $89 including tax. It gets good reviews on Trip Advisor also.

Any other suggestions of a good place to stay for a reasonable price? The Hyatt is tempting but I really hate to pay that much.

I have stayed at the Sheraton Suites and it has shuttle service. It is nice and has large rooms. Last time I booked on line and kept watching the website every time the price went down I rebooked it. I think I ended up at 79.00. Keep trying that with the Hyatt - prices go down the closer it gets if they aren't full.

Yes it is alot but your right inside the airport. We really enjoyed it. We arrived in Orland at 11pm and just walked to our room. Heaven!

We have stayed at the Hyatt at the airport many times. It is wonderful. Check out the AAA rates and also on their own website tos ee if there are any hotel specials.

The $170 price is the AAA rate! I would love to stay there but I just don't know about spending that much. It would be so convenient though and we could return the rental car before checking in and not have to do it really early the next morning. I know some people have gotten it for a great deal on bidding websites but I have no idea how to do that and would probably end up at the Motel 6!

Thanks for this post! I followed your advice and did research through Better Bidding then got the Hyatt through Hotwire for an incredible $73 per night including tax! Better Bidding was so helpful and nice.
