Select "other" and enter something like: Please forward this question to the hotel. I have a reservation at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress on the Bed and Breakfast rate. Will we order off a menu or is this a buffet?
It may take a few days to get a response since your question will sit in a queue before being forwarded to the hotel. And, then it will sit in a queue at the hotel. But, you should eventually get an answer.
