I just booked 4 nights here for $43 a night (hotwire) it looks beautiful and is very close to Universal Studios. Does anyone have any reviews they can give me? On the room, service, shuttle bus and the free continental breakfast.. TIA!!

I assume you're talking about the Hyatt Place? I cant vouch for that one in particular, but I have stayed at a few for business trips and have been very happy with all of them. Sounds like you got a great rate!

We stayed there several years ago when it was Amerisuites and it was very nice. When Hyatt took over the redid all the rooms, so I imagine it's even nicer than before. It's possible to walk to US/IOA from there, but it's a bit of a hike. The breakfast (when it was an Amerisuites) was more than adequate. Hopefully someone will post with more recent information for you.

we stayed at the Hyatt Place (hotwire as well:thumbsup2 ) in Dec. and it was GREAT!!! the breakfast was wonderful, the room was even better:woohoo: the tv was awesome!!! very close to Universal!! we didn't use the shuttle but the service was great as well. free computers and internet right beside the breakfast area. they have a seating area you can sit and eat and watch tv....very nice! they had fruit, cereals, bagels, yogurt.. and could order things for a fee as well....very nice place and we'd stay there again w/o a doubt. the only bad thing was we ordered pizza from one of their flyers and it took over an hour, not Hyatt's fault, but thought I'd just warn ya just in case ;) they had a coffee maker and mini fridge too! very nice place!!
