Hyatt MCO night before WDW

We are considering taking a late flight the night before we are due to check in at WDW and staying at the Hyatt MCO for the night. We have a 5 year old and 2 year old and I think it would be easier on them then attempting to make it onto WDW property around 11 pm. I know we can take Magical Express in the morning, but what about luggage assistance? Is there any way we could tag our bags in the morning and have ME handle the delivery to the resort? (Possibly have the Hyatt facilitate getting the bags to them?) Has anyone ever tried this? I know we can bring the bags ourselves and load them onto ME but I was hoping to make this a better experience for my husband (he HATES dealing with our luggage lol.) Anyone have any experience with this?

ME will not take your bags before your reservation begins. Leave the tags off and collect them yourself.

Thanks for the feedback; I wasn't considering having our bags picked up before our reservation started though. I'm talking about the morning of our reservation - is there a way to have the Hyatt get the bags over to ME?

I believe Hyatt has a sservice (for a fee) where they will retrieve your bags.

From the hotel's main website: "As a guest at our hotel, you will enjoy premium services, such as baggage retrieval and delivery, airline check-in counters, baggage claim carousels..."

And on their hotel features page: "Baggage retrieval upon arrival (fee)"

You could always contact the hotel directly and ask them what baggage assistance options they have and at what cost. I have always found them quite responsive to emails.

I'm relatively certain Bell Services will bring your luggage to a point where it will get on a DME truck.
