Hyatt Grand Cypress-Pool

So I found a good rate for the Hyatt Grand Cypress for February 2023. However, I'm seeing on Tripadvisor that their large, awesome pool is not heated!! Can anyone confirm this? What a shame!

Yes, I can confirm that a small section of the pool is heated but the majority of it is not. We stayed there Christmas week one year. We wanted to swim but just did a quick dip. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting by the pool & beach and relaxing, bike riding. Didn’t try any boats but enjoyed watching others. Hope to visit again in the summer to enjoy the entire pool.

One April we stayed at a Radisson that had a beautiful pool with waterfalls and found out when we got there that the feature pool was not heated but there was another that was. It was disappointing for April because the unheated pool was freezing!
