Husband disappeared from MDE account

Has anyone encountered this issue?

our 60d ADR was a couple weeks ago. Because we are a party of 7 I had to use 2 different accounts to make some of our ADRs for 5 & 2. So all was well with making our ADRs except today i went in to just check on my account. Somehow it took away my husbands name ( he has an AP) and it inserted the name (my name) from my second account under his AP. How is that possible? and he is listed no where.

I'm hoping it is an easy IT fix and just a minor glitch.

I have experienced something similar. IT was able to fix it but said it was because my husband had his own account (not the case I've always planned everything) so they removed the supposed other account.

I was on hold with disney for over an hour and then told i needed IT, but IT was another 45 minute wait. After 2 hours i gave up. Gonna try again tomorrow.

It is very weird and hopefully IT can correct the issue without losing any reservations. My DH doesn't have an account, I do all the planning too.

Does your husband have an old account he forgot about or doesn't use anymore for Disneyworld, ESPN, Disney+, DVC or other service under the Disney umbrella? Disney has been consolidating all those accounts and it has caused/is causing lots of problems.
