Hurricane Wilma Update 3
Date: 10/23/2005

Hurricane Wilma is continuing its path through the Gulf of Mexico and is headed toward Florida's Gulf Coast. We continue to monitor the storm's path and are taking proactive measures for any potential impact to the Walt Disney World® Resort. We will make all decisions about tomorrow's park operating hours at 6 p.m. tonight. The safety of our Guests and Cast remains our top priority.

As of 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 23, we made the decision to evacuate our Fort Wilderness guests to the All Star Resort and the 9:30 p.m. show at Hoop-Dee-Doo Review has been canceled. There have been no other changes to park hours or events and, as usual, our Resorts will remain operational throughout the duration of the storm.

We anticipate feeling the strongest impact from the storm midday on Monday, Oct. 24. Based on the storm's path, we may need to ask Cast Members who are scheduled to work the day shift on Monday, Oct. 24, to come in earlier in order to avoid high winds later in the morning.

Hurricane Wilma Update 4
Date: 10/23/2005

We are continuing to monitor the progress of Hurricane Wilma as it stays on its path through the Gulf of Mexico and heads toward Florida's Gulf Coast. At this time landfall is anticipated between Fort Myers and Naples Monday morning. In Central Florida, we expect to experience the greatest winds between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. with an average of 40 mph winds and gusts between 60 and 70 mph. As a result of the anticipated weather conditions and the priority to keep our guests and Cast safe, the following decisions have been made:

All four Disney Theme Parks, Typhoon Lagoon, Downtown Disney® and Disney's Wide World of Sports® will not open tomorrow morning.

All Walt Disney World Resorts will remain open, with the exception of Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground which has already been evacuated to Disney's All-Star Resort. The Disney Reservation Center, Disney Cruise Line reservation center, and the Resort Call Center will be open.

We hope to open the Magic Kingdom® Park, Epcot®, and Downtown Disney after the storm passes
