Where was I?

Oh, Tommorowland! Mom had gone back to Pop to rest, Michael hadn't shown up at CoP because we ate without him, Hope got impatient because we were waiting for him, and I snapped because I was caught in the middle.....

After CoP, I was still a bit upset but better.... the 5 of us went on Buzz Lightyear and Stitch burped in our faces....

Then, the youngest and I decided to use our FPs for Space Mountain... but even though we used them, we didn't really need them.... NO LINE! By the way we both loved it!

The others were waiting for us when we got off, and they informed me that my brother was also on the ride, he had entered shortly after we had.... after earlier, I was hesitant to wait for him, but didn't want to not wait for him.... ya know.... So I waited! It wasn't long, for even though he didn't have a FP.. there wasn't really a line. He too was in a better mood than he had been. He still was gonna go off on his own, but I was able to tell him about the meet at 5pm so we could all ride Haunted Mansion together, but we would ride whether he showed or not.... I gave him the FP I got for him earlier and also told him where and when our dinner adr was so we could all show up together.

Then the 5 of us went without him to fantasyland.... we had wanted to do the speedway, but it looked real busy so we bipassed it.... sides, Hope really wanted to do Pooh!!!! The standby line was 20 mins, so we went ahead and got FPs for it to come back.... that is when we saw the Teacups... Now I can do roller coasters no problem but when it comes to anything that goes in circles whether its fast like the teacups or slow like the carousel, I get sick! And Al has similar problems so we forego this ride and Hope and the boys go on it alone... Meanwhile, I wanna explore a bit....

We head down to toontown and check out first Mickey's House...

and then Minnie's

Hope and the boys met up with us and looked thru the houses quickly....

At this time, I start realizing that I have a problem...... My arms were getting red and I was sure my forehead was too, but it wasn't just a sunburn! My arm was red and SPLOTCHY! I have in the past had sunpoisoning and tend to get it when I get sunburns and I was getting it again....

I needed to get out of the sun, and we saw no wait on Snow White... so we chose to ride it... I started making spooky noises and the oldest boy thought I was scared!!!

After this ride, it was time to use our FPs for Pooh!!! But the sky looked like it was ready to bust open now.... I was worried about leaving our scooters out and it starting to pour, but a CM that was nearby said all we needed to do was fold the seats down and cover them with our towels... well I didn't want my towel wet (I was using it to sit on) so I just folded the seat down and hoped for the best!

As we entered this ride, Hope surprised me!!!

Sure I remember you! I bout gave up writing my trip report.... no responses after my last 3 posts, so figured no one was reading and I quit. But if I even have one reader, I will write! (kinda in a state of depression knowing we won't be going back next year, but hoping for a couple years down the line)

We are planning a trip to wdw for Dec.31st -Jan. 7th.
I am surprising my kids. You have to stop into my PTR.

Ok... when I left off... Hope suprised me!

For the first time I can ever remember, she chose not to sit next to either her husband or boys on a ride and said she wanted to ride with me!!!!

I rode this last year and was with my Mom and she had to ride in a WC... well it was a totally different ride! I didn't know the ride swayed and bumped at times, because if you ride the wc accessible cart they don't do this!!! I thought it was pretty cool!

Now remember the sky looked ready to burst open as we were going in for this ride? Well when we came out... the sky was perfectly clear and there was no indication that anything had happened either! BTW that was the closest to rain the entire trip that we had!!!!

Those in our party that were walking started complaining that they were tired and their feet sore... so we decided to do somethings that let them sit down too.... So we went to see Mickey's Philharmagic (I love this show!!!) and there was almost no wait here too....

By this time it was about 4pm.... we still hadn't got over to Splash Mountain and that was a must for us all.... Since they were still wanting to rest and I was riding a scooter, I went and got us all FPs and then suggested that we take a ride on the Liberty boat... its a fairly long ride and they could sit...

Also, by the time the ride would be over it would be close to 5 (which was when we all planned to meet to ride Haunted Mansion.... so while we were on the boat I called Mom to make sure she was coming back to the park.... and then we waited by the ride...

Mom showed up (a bit late) and we figured Michael wasn't going to (we left it up to him but he knew where and when). We go to enter the ride and turn around and he joined us.... I have no idea where he came from, but all of a sudden our entire party was there!

I need to finish this up for now.... before I get knocked offline and have to retype this.
