OKW 210pts UY april all 210 2002 points were banked no borrowed points - so we have 420pts coming! paid closing costs, and dues on only the 2003 pts - price/pt $72.50(I know alittle high)

This is our second OKW resale purchase through the timeshare store - and found it perfectly painless - they are all such nice and professional folks!

with all 2002 points banked. Even Disney values points at $10 per point. So by my calculations you only paid $62.50 per point ($72.50 less $10.00 per banked point value).

With all those points banked I think that's a pretty good deal. If I were looking to buy a resale I'd concentrate on ones with banked points ( and pay a little higher). I'm not sure the "flags" go up at DVC's central brain ROFR office or if they can calculate a "theoretical value" to banked points but I think that's the best way to get a great deal. JMHO
