Huntington Beach question

Does anyone know if you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas at Huntington Beach? If so, do you know if it's something that you need to do early in the morning or are they available all day long?

The hbvisit.com website says you can at Zach's concession but I'd call them if I were you to double check.

Kamlem--please post a trip report when you return (I know you are there now), and as reading your post made me look into Huntington Beach, I'm interested in adding that to our next year's itinerary, so any thoughts you care to share would be most appreciated!

We didn't end up going to the beach. A few of the families we were with went, though, and they loved it. They said that there were chairs and umbrellas available to rent. They picked up a couple of boogie boards at Target and they said they had a ball using them with the waves. We just didn't end up having time to go. The kids wanted to spend our last day at the Grand Californian pool and doing a few rides at DCA so we decided to skip the beach. Next time definitely!
