Soo in 2010 and 11 I was lucky enough to have two trips to WDW. Before going I read everything I could- every tip, restaurant review, photo spots, parade areas etc etc. Loved planning and it got me through the year!

Now we are going to DLP for one day in July. It will just be my husband and I because DD will be staying with her Nana and Pa in Ireland. God willing - I may not be able to go on too many rides
I am looking for the info I got for WDW- with no touring plans etc for DLP-
I have the unofficial guide coming in the mail.

How do EMH work at DLP in the summer with two parks - do they take turns?

Crowd numbers in the summer? 8? 9? 10?

Traffic flow? Do they all head somewhere in Magic Kingdom?

Any tips for someone who just wants to savour it all - enjoy without a timebomb/stroller/diaper bag I know I am going to miss her like CRAZY but going to enjoy it too!!

Can one stay for the fire works and make the train back to Paris?

8am to 10am. in disneyland park (paris MK). WDS does not offer EMH on a regular basis. You'll be lucky if they schedule EMH at DHS during your stay as it happens only a few times a year. (actually none are schedule for the time being)
EMH at disneyland park are limited to main street, fantasyland and discoveryland (tomorrowland) and only some rides are open. Autopia, Alice's curious labyrinth are closed until 10am
Other lands will open at 10am

Week ends are crowded, but surprisingly the crowd is managable the rest of the week. I would rate that between 6 and 9 depending on when you're going. July and August can see very different crowds. Maybe Carrie_cat will have more accurate estimates.

During EMH guests will flock to Discoveryland and ride Buzz lightyear laser blast and Space mountain mission 2. It remains quite civilized as EMH crowds are low, but one the park opens guest will rush to those rides.
At park opening (10am) the main concern for guests will be riding POTC and BTM. They will pile up behind the ropes as soon as 9:30 or even sooner (park is limited to main street for non EMH guests, but they can enter the park and stay behind the ropes until 10am) So it's rush hour for those 2 rides when park opens.
Tip : you may also want to do Star Tours one last time as US parks have star tours 2 operating. (star tours is located in Disneyland, not DHS, WDW guests might get confused)

Can one stay for the fire works and make the train back to Paris?

you can definitely take RER back to Paris after the fireworks as RER will operate until half an hour after midnight (last departure from Marne la vallée)
If you stay within paris city limits you will be able to do that, but returning to Marne la vallée won't be possible until 5 or 6am

I think it's the Studios. I think it's called Disney Hollywood Studios in WDW.

Sorry, my mistake, I'm knee deep in my WDW trip planning and I'm mixing things up

I meant WDS(Walt Disney Studios) which are in DLRP, not DHS which are in WDW
