Hungry Bear Fantasmic dining pickup

Does anyone know if your entire party needs to be at Hungry Bear in person to pick up your food for the Hungry Bear dining package, or can one person pick up all of the food and get the seating vouchers for everyone?

I was able to get both meals for us while DH finished at Oga’s.
