I agree.I have a feeling this will be opening soon. I don't think they would introduce a menu 3 mos in advance. The Halloween menu was announced 16 days in advance. Pixar Fest menu was announced 15 days in advance.
I would love it to...but why?
It feels like that area is closed until the redone land and rides open
I hope so but....until I hear it from Disney I think everything in this land is down until Nov 15th or previews. Why not? Hungry Bear was still open for a bit even when the rest of Critter Country and Pooh had closed. They can reopen it without the rest of the area beind done, and hopefully reopen the path to Galaxy's Edge. With Halloween season starting and the busy season coming, that path to GE is desperately needed. They can just keep the walls up in front of Tiana's and the path to Critter/Bayou Country up and open Hungry Bear without any problem.
I am not vegetarian, but do like to eat vegetables. Disappointed in the corn ribs. Can we get a salad (kale Caesar?) or some broccoli somewhere? Or bring back the fried green tomato sandwich!
The biggest area to watch for is that bridge/path over Splash's drop- that will need to be complete for area to open, as I highly doubt Disney would send guests all the way through Galaxy's Edge to access Hungry Bear only.It looks like they already took down a lot of the scrim that they had put up so I don't know if they already finished things? Looking forward to the Fresh update next week to see if anything changed.
Money.I would love it to...but why?

Same. What's up with Disney's obsession with trying to mix lemonade with pickle juice lately?! Coke Corner has one, and I saw another drink coming soon at Carnation Cafe for the Halloween season. This menu does not make me mad at all. Im intrigued by the beer battered fries. I hope they taste as good as they sound. But I think I will pass on pickle strawberry lemonade…yuck.
It might make SOME sense for Halloween, especially if it's green, but I want delicious, not dillicious. There are very few things that come to mind that might be improved with pickle juice.Same. Oh thank goodness that there won't be that dead end over there! It was pretty awkward and I'm happy they got the pathway back open as quickly as they did!As was posted in the other thread, according to Scott Gustin, "At Disneyland Park, the bridge/path connecting New Orleans Square with Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge will reopen Aug. 19. Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes and the lower Hungry Bear restrooms will also reopen on Aug. 19."
All signs are pointing to an "earlier than Nov 15" opening for Hungry Bear dining.
They are scheduled to open tomorrow.I've noticed the canoes aren't on the refurbishment list anymore
