Just a guess but opening date will be the same as Tiana's. November 15th.

I'm hoping it opens a bit earlier, at least so we can get the Hungry Bear path to Galaxy's Edge back (I think it's still closed at least). In the Tiana's announcement, it did state:

"While some areas may open earlier, we look forward to welcoming you officially to Bayou Country when Tiana’s Bayou Adventure opens on Nov. 15, which “brings folks from all walks of life together”, as Princess Tiana’s father would say."

I'm glad they are still keeping a regular cheeseburger. Sounds like the funnel cakes are gone though (but they will have funnel fries).

Ok, they actually have a decent menu!
And I'm proud of them for offering ribs for the kids entree, not just your standard mac or chicken tenders option.
People can still get the basic burger, or BBQ items! I was personally never a fan of their burgers. Back in the day, their chicken sandwiches, and the amazing fried green tomato sandwiches were on point.

That brisket sandwich looks delish, that's where my money's going.

I don't know about the strawberry pickle lemonade, but yes to the banana pudding!

Huzzah! ~ a grilled cheese sandwich! Nice and simple for picky kids.

Some of these dishes remind of of River Belle Terrace, with all the pulled pork.

The funnel fries are probably a bad idea (for me) but I'll get them anyway.

I do wish there was a grilled chicken sandwich somewhere in there. Those are hard to come by.

Yeah I think the only thing missing is any type of chicken sandwich .grilled or fried . plain or hot sauce .you would think they would have one .I wonder if there are more items going on the menu

Maybe they'll add a logo. I have a cute mason Jar cup I got there a few years ago with a picture of a bear.

I am not vegetarian, but do like to eat vegetables. Disappointed in the corn ribs. Can we get a salad (kale Caesar?) or some broccoli somewhere? Or bring back the fried green tomato sandwich!

I was just wondering this myself and was trying to remember when they usually drop new menus compared to when the offerings are made available. Thanks for the info! Fingers crossed it opens soon.
