I LOVE THE HUNGER GAMES! Wouldn't you believe this year they decided to add it to my school curriculum for my grade? Gosh! I'm hoping I'm the first person ever in my grade to have read it. I read it, when two years ago, well three actually. I'm mixing up school years and regular years

Wow. Lucky! I already read the Mockingjay, but it was so good, i had to read it again! I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE MOVIE NEXT YEAR!!

Hope it will be in 3D!!!!

I still have to read Mockingjay. With all the homework I get this year, I have minimal time to read. Also, I get stuck on here in my sparetime *chuckles* I'm excited for the movie, too. I need to check for updates on who's playing who. I heard Emma Roberts may play Katniss, that would be awesome!

THAT WOULD BE AWESOME! I wish they'd started filming last year so it would come out at the end of this year. but hey, can't complain.

I'm here! I'm pretty excited for the movie; they're supposed to start production late spring of this year.

"The film will be directed by Gary Ross and will have a budget of $60 million. The film hopes to go into production in late Spring 2011 and will be released March 23, 2012. Actresses Lyndsy Fonseca and Kaya Scodelario have expressed interest in the film and received scripts in October 2010. Chloe Moretz, Malese Jow and Jodelle Ferland are also interested in the role of Katniss."

*GASP!* That's a really nice line up. I wonder what location they are going to shoot at. I think that The hunger games are going to put an end to Twilight thing when it comes to movies. THIS IS GONNA BE HUGE!!!

So anywayz, because it's getting kinda slow, i want to know if you were director, what would you do to the movie. like where would it be, and who would you cast and stuff like that! no restrictions

I couldn't say anything much about filming locations, but I have been looking at some people's dream cast choices and the picks in this one are pretty interesting:

I couldn't judge based on acting ability, because I haven't seen some of these people in anything, but based strictly on appearances, I think their picks for:

- Lyndsy Fonsesa as Katniss
- Hugh Laurie as Haymitch
- Elle Fanning as Prim
- Robin Wright as Mrs. Everdeen
- Stanislav Ianevski as Cato
- Jeremy Irons as Claudius Templesmith
and
- Deborah Ann Woll as the Avox girl

...would work really well. I also saw this one picture that suggested Katy Perry as Effie. Again, I don't know how good of an actress she is, but based on appearances, I think it would work pretty well.

I'm halfway through the first book. I dunno but I kind of lost interest for a while. Put it away for a few months. I'll have to try reading it again.

*gasp!* someone who actually could put it down! I'm reading the books again because i've run out of new books to read. Anyway I think i got a tad bit bored during the middle too. I might have skipped through that...... hehehehe.

I LOVE THESE BOOKS!! I'm soooo obsessed with them! I never stop thinking about it! I would love to see Molly Burnett play Katniss! (Favorite person from soap-opera) Or better yet, me! haha I would love to play the part of Katniss! I've always wanted to go into acting and it's like my passion! I wish I knew where they were casting...
