It was stated in one column that she lost consciousness between the final breaks and the loading area. Poor woman. Apparently your heart rate goes up very high on coasters but normally that shouldn't be life threatening.

Selina, that would've been the first thing to enter my mind as well. You always wonder when a coaster goes down what happened and most of the time no one really knows.

It's odd that is where it happened though, maybe the tight brakes scared her? who knows...but unfortunately, sometimes people have heart conditions they aren't aware of until it's too late, as what happened to John Ritter proved...

I hope the lady manages to pull through this OK.

This is just so sad. The thing is, she was having warning signs of an impending heart attack before she even rode the ride. It is possible that the Hulk had nothing to do with it. She might have had the attack just sitting on a bench somewhere depending on where she was when the total blockage took place. Such a young person. Makes you think.

I don't know if anyone has reported this yet, but the woman who was injured on the ride, Leslie V. Killer, passed away on Saturday.

There was an article and obituary in our local paper, The Stuart News, today. It wasn't until I read the obituary that I realized I knew her - we were in a Corvette Club together 10 years ago. I didn't know her married name.

It's so sad, she was a really nice person. She is survived by her husband and two sons.

Oh my God......I feel so shocked as I read somewhere that she was pulling through. It just shows you....you never know do you?!! My heart goes out to her poor husband and children.
