Hi - I cant seem to find up to date info on this (not from any source I trust) so I’m hoping you guys can kindly provide an answer 
We are staying on site and have fast passes for the universal parks. My number one thing to do is go on the Incredible Hulk, front row.
If we use the express passes, is there still an opportunity to queue up for the front row? In other words, do the queues for ‘express pass’ and ‘normal queue’ merge before the front row queue starts? Thanks
