Ok Pirate if this makes you feel any better....
I was in line with less than 40 to go. And then some thread on the DIS piqued my interest...and I lost the chance to get in. So another loss for me tonight. Sheesh, you'd think I'd pay attention.

Ouch... At least I got to TRY to get the pin...

It's alright, you'll have another stab at it later in the week, for sure.

Well...we (DH) were busy working on somthing last night and we forgot about the host game and then remember it and so we got in line at 1175 for me and 1289 for DH!at around 6pm last night. Waited about hour and half and then I got in and I picked the right one and won!! YAY!! Then showed DH and my son which one it was! So I was a happy camper to get one last night after so many in line!

I signed on at 5:11, and things were relatively smooth. I then ready myself to get into the Host Queue at 5:28. Ever clicking the Search button. Again, no problems.

Then SUDDENLY, at 5:32, my internet goes through spasms.

Lo and behold, the Host Room was up by the time my VMK came back. And 909 were in the queue. I "missed" the opening during the ONE MINUTE that my internet went through spasms.

Coincidence? Or rotten bad luck?

Wow I wish I would have read this earlier. The SAME excat thing happened to me!

And I thought I was the only one..

It's no problem though, I got in once and won
