Hugging Characters?

Has the hugging of characters restarted on the ships yet? Any news on when it will?

I was on the 4/23-4/30 Fantasy sailing and there were no hugs there. Someone boarding on 4/30 said there were no hugs on that sailing. I haven't heard on any news when it will.

Yup. Sadly we don't know. All Disney Parks posted was they were returning "starting April 18th"... they did tag Disney Cruise Line so you'd think it would be soon... as it's been over 2 weeks since that post was made. But who knows...

I've received photo proof of character hugs at WDW, however, that was outdoors (got no information on indoors). Not sure, if DCL will distinguish between outdoor/indoor, or follow WDW.

Yup that's not being disputed. Character hugs have returned at the park. Inside and outside. But still nothing on DCL.
