Hooray I had my first dress fitting yesterday. What I haven't shared with you guys is a minor issue I had with the dress shop. I ordered my dress Nov 05. Since then the shop moved to another location. I went for a remeasure in June 06. As my dress is being customed made and they wanted to re-check the measurements before cutting the fabric. No probs went to new shop. Waiting til end of July for dress to be in and have first fitting. Then panic struck. Shop called closing store for 2 weeks as found asbestos in store. No problem I thought until the local paper printed an article about how the shop had closed and no brides had been called etc. No telephone numbers worked and the shop had been cleared. I placed my head firmly in the sand. Don't get me wrong I had several moments of realization. They have my money and more importantly I have no dress!! Anyway drama over I got a number from the designers and all sorted working from home for time being.

It fitted yey!!!! So 2 huge sighs of relief. Still loved it.

Need tips on

1) How to breath in corset
2) How to sit (don't even get me started on going to the little girls room)
3) How do I tone my back?

Check out the Buff Bride book... if you don't have the time to get the book... check out www.BodyforLife.com It's a great site and it has exercises for each major muscle group. it's worked for me in the past. :thumbsup2
I'm glad everything worked out for you. Good luck!!!
