Huge brag for boston florist!!!!

my husband sent me the most beautiful pink roses (my favorite) for valentines day. shockingly, they were delivered in spite of the horrible storm outside that day. all is well, except now instead of opening, the petals are just starting to fall off. just called the florist to see if there was something I could do to fix them (tried snipping them and changing water and such), but the man I spoke to was so nice. apparently the cold must have just zapped them, and he asked if it would be okay if he sent a fresh dozen today. couldn't have been nicer, I didn't ask for the flowers at all. just wanted to give a huge shout-out to a company that still delivers great product, and still believes in customer service!

what a beautiful place to work. they have the prettiest arrangements I've ever seen, and any flowers I get from them are just gorgeous. I still remember an arrangement my inlaws sent me when I had my first child. stunning.
