Hudson, FLorida??

You may remember my thread several weeks ago about Fayetteville, North Carolina. I am seriously thinking of leaving NE and would love to head South.

Well, my roommate's family owns an empty house in Hudson, FL that they are willing to rent me very cheaply.

So now I need to know about the schools, jobs and special education services, as well as general living in Hudson.

Any advice would be great. I am assuming it will be hot and humid!

It appears to be a small town about 30 or so miles North of Tampa and is very close to the Gulf Coast. Looking at a map it seems that it is a very rural area. It is in Pasco County, where it seems the largest City is New Port Richey, and which is quite close to Hudson.

I'd be curious too. We vacationed at a relative's house a few times. His house was lovely and right on an inlet of the Gulf. Can't tell you much about the town though.
