Hubby spoiled me today

It's my birthday (41! ) and the hubster came home with a new tripod and this flash studio lighting kit that I have been looking at for quite a while.

The tripod is NOT an expensive one but it is definately better than the one that just broke so I am happy.

Anybody want some cake?

Yup - he did. The camera didn't break though - the sensor got dirty - tried to get it cleaned - came back dirtier than when I sent it in - so I was going to have to send it off to be cleaned. That was leaving me without a camera for about 6 weeks. During that time we had 2 dance recitals, birthday, 2 graduations and 8th grade dance - AND vacation (although I got the camera back right before we left on vacation). I was heartbroken so he got me the 30D while the XTi was being cleaned.

He is a great guy - I love him to bits. Spoils me rotten..... but...

then again.....

ya gotta remember.....

My wife makes the occasional attempt to spoil me, but most of my wants are so specific that she's pretty much given up buying me anything like photo gear, electronics, etc... she's a great woman anyway. And I do my best to spoil her occasionally, too - you gotta do what you gotta do! When Mama's happy, the whole house is happy!
