Hubby LOVES Disney

Hey all,

we went in August and my hubby had never gone until then. I kept telling him that he'd be in love with Disney too and he didn't believe. HE kept telling me after this (August 2007) trip that we would not go again for a couple of years (2009 or 2010)... well guess who is now planning on going next year...lol....

Anyone able to tell the best/easiest resort that has best transportation. Also we need a suite. We stayed at Fort Wilderness cabins and found it was a little challenging try to catch a bus to catch another bus. Any and all help would be sooo appreciated.

We stayed at POR and loved it there last month. Though I have heard troubles with the buses. Having to stand on them and things like that.But we only had to maybe 2 times last week. We are planning on staying there again next October.

If you are on a budget, I would suggest either ASSports or Pop Century. We stayed at Sports and had no issues w/ the buses. I don't think Pop shares buses w/ anyone else, so no issues there.

If you can afford it, we love AKL. AKL has dedicated buses (no sharing).

Have fun helping your DH plan your next trip. (my DH fell in love w/ WDW after our 1st trip). It is so nice having someone that is more of a WDW fanatic than I am, even though I am the planner.

You may want to consider renting points from a DVC member and stay at one of the DVC resorts in a two bedroom villa.

how can i rent a DVC points when I am not a member of the vacation club? how does the renting work when you are not a member??
