HS Writers Stop possible closure

Here's the link to the latest news. Though not confirmed yet it's likely Writers Stop will close. Although Walt always said to keep moving forward, I will be sad to see IMO this tiny piece of Disney heaven go. Some of the CMs have been there from day one.I urge anyone who’s not been, to go,grab a coffee and a carrot cake cookie and enjoy.It’s a hidden gem.

That's a shame. I only really discovered it on my 5th trip (our 1st without the children) and found it a great place to recharge and get a bit of peace and quiet. But that may be its problem - it was very quiet and it was definitely a place that wouldn't have appealed to my kids.

I do hope it gets to stay the peanut butter cookies were delicious.

That will be a shame but worth it in the big scheme of things if it's part of the changes coming to DHS which does so need a breath of invention.

I know the development means it will need to go but I am hoping it will just be moved. I only discovered it last year on my third trip and have to say the carrot cake cookies are one of the best things ive had in WDW. Will be sad to think it wont be there for our next trip in 2017.
