I need help with planning our HS day. We will arrive at RD and will either take a midday break, or stay all the way through-whichever way we need to do to get everything in. We are going Tues June 2, and do want to catch a Fantasmic show-either 9pm or 10:30pm, either is fine. We will have 3 adults and 2 girls, ages 4 and 5.

We want to do TSM, hopefully twice, ToT, Star Tours, Great Movie Ride, Voyage of the Little Mermaid, Indiana Jones, Beauty & the Beast show, Frozen sing-a-long, Disney Jr Live on Stage, Meet Buzz & Woody, Meet Cars, Meet Sofia & Jake, Meet Mike & Sulley, and try and catch the Characterpalooza, which is at 6:10pm. And, time to play in the Honey I Shrunk the Kids. We do have ADR's for Sci-Fi at 2:40 and 4pm (don't know which will work and am trying to find better times).

So far, I know we need to get there early, by about 8-8:15am, is that right? Then at RD, we plan to go straight to TSM and ride SB. Then, maybe we should meet Buzz and Woody while we are here? But, then, I don't know what to hit next or when to schedule FP's, etc to minimize waiting. Should we go right to ToT and ride SB or hit Great Movie Ride. I need a lot of help! lol

That seems like a busy day considering the number of shows you have listed in your plans and a lot of them don't run very late.

But you should be able to knock out all the rides early after RD and then just schedule the rest of your day around showtimes.

Yes, it does seem like a busy day, but we only have one day in HS, and also it might be our only trip to Disney, so we want to try and do everything if we can. I was hoping to take a midday break and come back for Fantasmic and some rides/shows, if possible, and still fit everything in. But, we can stay all day straight through if we have to. The girls will be fine, just don't know if us adults will be. lol

Definitely get there for RD, 8-8:15 is definitely good. Head to TSM first, and then yes I think it's a good idea to knock of the Buzz & Woody greet, as that meet gets pretty busy as the day goes on.

You will have to schedule yourself around the showtimes. I would suggest looking those up and then make your plan around that.

Use FP+ for TSM, ToT, and Star Wars or maybe the Frozen sing along.

If you can make it that late, definitely shoot for the 2nd Fantasmic.

Use your FP+ for TSMM, TOT, and Frozen. Star Tours doesn't get bad until later, so hit it earlier. Plus, it never gets very bad. Frozen SB can fill up quickly; whereas, you can probably walk up 15-20min before the show with FP+ and still get a seat. GMR never gets very busy. Do the rides early, FP+ late morning to afternoon, then shows and M&G.
