On our day of arrival, it looks like we'll be visiting HS as our first park and eating at Cape May for dinner. There's a Fantasmic show that evening which we may or may not try to attend. If we went to Fantasmic (7:00) what would you all say is the earliest time we could set an ADR for dinner after the show. I was thinking 8:30 would be fine, but maybe I'm being too optimistic. Is it even doable at all?

Fantasmic is aout 25 minutes but the roughest part is getting out of the amphitheater. Assuming you are taking the bus, it depends on what tim ethe park closes that night. If its 7:00, then you are going to be fighting the crowds to load the buses. It's a crap shoot...you can have no wait for the bus or a long one...8:30 may be cutting it close.

8:30 sounds good.

When you leave DHS the boat dock will be to your left. You'll be able to see how long the line is. The boat ride takes about 15 minutes. It will stop at the Swan/Dolphin before going to the YC/BC.

If the line for the boat is really long the walking path is along the right hand edge of the waterway. It's about a 20 minute walk to the BC.

There is no bus from DHS to the Epcot resorts.

I would say that 8:30 should be fine but you should plan on walking (and if the boat line isn't too long it will be a nice perk! :thumbsup2) Normally after the show there is a mass exodus though and the boat backs up quite a ways. The boat normally takes a good while and not a TON of guests can fit. Check the line out and if you can do then go for it... if not it's a nice peaceful walk.
