so..... We're planning a HS afternoon on our trip(again, large group of 14) and have some Fp's to use- is it possible to see both Fantasmic and the star wars fireworks in the same evening? I would assume fireworks can be seen pretty well all over the park, but haven't been here since the newer shows. Or is it smarter to try TsMM at close time since there are no Fp for our dates? I'm trying to figure out the general timing of our evening. or all 3? or is that impossible?

1. is it possible to see both Fantasmic and the star wars fireworks in the same evening?
2. I would assume fireworks can be seen pretty well all over the park, but haven't been here since the newer shows.
3. Or is it smarter to try TsMM at close time since there are no Fp for our dates?

1. On some nights, yes. Others, no.
2. Not really. The Star Wars show is so much more than just fireworks, and to see the show properly, you need to be in a position to see the front of the Chinese Theater and other
surfaces in that primary area. (See map below.)
3. TSMM is (under "normal" conditions of all 3 tracks in operation) not incredibly difficult to ride.
You didn't post what your dates are, so I can't offer a better judgement.

Oh sorry about the dates thing.... Afternoon of April 17 is our planned date there.

hmmmm looking at calendar for that day it seems there's a projection show at 8:55- fireworks at 9:15, F! at 8:30 and park close at 9. So no way to do it all,I'm guessing we'd have to choose. Maybe try for TsMM at like 8, then the projection show and fireworks would work for us

Yup. The chance of seeing F! and then to get to the SW fireworks and get a good position would be iffy.

Yea it depends on the timing

I saw both last night but Fantasmic was at 7pm and Star wars at 8:15. So once Fantasmic was over we had 30 min which was enough time to get a good spot

You had 45 min.
(But, who's counting? ;))
