HS Plans: Two Different Days Opinion

We are heading to HS for one evening and one AM EMH. Please give feedback on my plan. It is just DH and myself.
Day One:
Monday, June 9th (Able to get to park around 4pm) Regular 9-10pm/EMH12

Supper at QS around 5?
FP+ 6,7,8 (TSM, TOT,Star Tours)

Saturday, June 14th EMH Going to MK use FP+ at HS as not enough time at MK

Is Saturday, June 14, a Star Wars Weekend? This will make it super busy at RD. Not a great choice unless you are going for SWW events-- which are worthwhile but not included in your plan.
